Job Title: Restaurant-Assistant General Manager

Hourly Wage: DOE 40-55k annually plus aggressive profit sharing

Schedule: Full-Time Opening and Closing Shifts

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Creates employee schedules
• Trains new team members
• Delegating daily tasks.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Smooth out problems within the workplace.
• Address customer concerns.
• Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
• Email and phone correspondence.
• Monitor spending patterns and budget + cash handling
• Fill in for General Manager in times of absence. Make executive decisions and provide accountability.
• We prefer some restaurant experience and a great attitude to serve and learn
